Cancellation and no show policy
Although we wish we do not have to do this, our business depends on you. Thank you for understanding.
A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours notice.
If cancelling within the 24 hour time frame of your appointment a 50% charge of scheduled services is required to be paid prior to rebooking.
If you do not show up for your appointment, a 50% charge of scheduled services is required to be paid prior to rebooking.
If you consistently cancel within 24 hours or not show up for your appointments, after the third time, you will only be able to make appointments on the day basis. If there are no appointments available that day, you can be placed on a cancellation list.
At Blades Hair Company we take privacy seriously and only use the information provided for our services. We do not share or sell the information for any other purpose than providing the best possible service for our clients.
You may request a copy of the information we have recorded about you at any time. You may also request we remove all identifiable information with respect to yourself at any time. We will delete identifiable information if you have not undertaken any business with us after 3 years.
We request a minimum level of personally identifying information to run our services effectively. This is data you provide us directly, for example name and contact details. We store notes with respect to services we provide to ensure we maintain a consistent level of service. We consider you have provided consent for us to store personally identifying information about your services based on attending appointments within the business.
We will contact you via phone or SMS to confirm appointments booked. We consider you having made the appointment as consent to undertake this, but if you, you may opt out at anytime.
